Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday called for finalising a blueprint Plans to develop Hyderabad-Chennai, Chennai-Bengaluru and Hyderabad-Bengaluru lines as high-speed railway corridors. At a review meeting here, he discussimed on rail connectivity from various ports in the State, rail transport from the hinterland of Telangana, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. He wanted to know on connectivity from Rayalaseema to different parts of Coast Andhra and plans to be drawn for decongesting railway junctions such as Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntakal, Guntur and Renigunta. The meeting deliberated on increasing rail connectivity from tribal areas to various parts of the State. The Chief Minister also reviewed the proposals related to various new railway lines in the State including Vijayawada Bypass and Bhadrachalam Road-Kovvur Junction.
